Doreen is a highly experienced and professional Trainer and Facilitator spanning over 20 years of extensive delivery and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) L7. She is consistent in achieving outstanding in her style and approach which is holistic, inclusive and collaborative.
Her successes includes working within both private and public sector organisations working with different age groups, children and adults alike from entry to advanced levels and from diverse backgrounds with differing abilities and support needs. This includes working with parents (in groups, individually and/or with both parents and children), ESOL and Older learners.
She also works with individuals whom may require additional support, be it part of the learning programme or privately on a freelance basis.
Doreen is no stranger to creating, designing and delivering programmes which includes a differentiated range of learning materials to accommodate varied learning styles. Her area of expertise is Health and Well-Being under which she delivers a wide selection of topics such as Therapeutic Listening and Communication Skills, Healthy Eating, Stress & Time Management, Exercise & Nutrition, Building Self-Confidence, and Embracing Pain.
Doreen is also a qualified Assessor and have commendably led a team of Assessors on an Apprenticeship Programme delivering vocational qualifications such as Business & Administration, ICT and Customer Service. In addition to this, Doreen uses her Advice & Guidance qualification where there is scope within her delivery.
