Does the food you eat really affect your mood and how you may feel emotionally and physically? In today’s fast-paced society are the packaged foods on offer suitable choices? Is there a link between food and mood disorders such as anxiety, depression or even anger?

With that said, there are clear links between food choices and the quality of what you eat on mood, therefore, having an impact on your health and well-being, which includes your mental welfare.

This course you will help to consider the answers to the above questions by exploring the relationship between food and how it can affect your mood. You’ll look at foods that boost your mood and some foods to avoid. This course also offers some insight into what might be good food choices and delves deeper into some of the conflicting and confusing information about food labels; how much you should or should not be consuming; what you eat, when you eat and how much you eat – does it really make a difference? There might be particular types of foods you are drawn to depending on how your day is going.

It is hoped you will be in a healthier position to make informed decisions about the foods you eat.
