Through Mindfulness we can find peace in the midst of the overthinking and planning. It helps with our approach to this constantly changing world by encouraging a healthy way of focusing leading to greater ability in achieving our everyday life’s goals and offering a deep sense of appreciation, awe and aliveness.

This workshop is full of practical hands-on tools and techniques to be able to develop your Mindfulness practice.
