We know that there can be many things in any given day or period in our lives where a situation may evoke something in us that rises to a form of anger which is only one of our many emotions.

This workshop will look at how to manage anger using some of the available tools,, both new and tried and tested, such as SOBER which stands for Stop; Observe; Breathe; Expand and Respond.
